Tell us your device, the app version from Settings, and what you expected to happen. If it is about a card, say which one.
Switch answers for the next dollar, not for the headline rate. If a card’s bonus cap for the year or the quarter is used up, or this quarter’s rotating categories do not include where you are, a lower-rate card can genuinely earn more on the next purchase. The reason line under the pick says which category and rate it used, and how much of the cap is left.
Set an override for that place, or pin the card you want to use there, and Cardflare will use it from then on. On the free tier you choose the category yourself; automatic store detection is part of the paid tier.
The catalog is hand-curated and approximate, with terms as of 2026-09-10; the issuer’s own terms are the ones that count. Tell us which card and what is wrong and we will check it.
The catalog has 297 cards and does not cover every product, especially smaller issuers and credit unions. You can build a custom card with its own rates, and Switch and Plan will use it.
Use Restore purchases on the upgrade screen. The app also restores on launch and re-checks with the store. If it still does not unlock, email us with the Google Play order number.
Not yet. The paid tier is built for Google Play billing; Apple in-app purchases are planned but not built, so iOS purchases are refused today.
In Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal; the paid features stay on until the period you have paid for ends.
Disconnecting from inside the app is not available yet. Email us and we will remove the connection.
Settings → Delete account clears what is on the device; server-side data is deleted by email request, within 30 days. The full steps are on the delete-account page.
Not yet. It is not on the App Store or Google Play at the time of writing.
